Support & consultancy · 25 years
A good machine does not make you money. A bad process costs you money with any machine.
We have been selling industrial cleaning equipment for over 25 years and we have seen businesses that worked and businesses that failed. The difference was almost never the brand on the casing. That is why our advice starts before the invoice and does not end with it.
Request a conversationIf you want to start a cleaning business
The most expensive mistake is not the wrong machine. It is a good machine with no market. A €30,000 unit standing idle in a hall costs exactly as much as one that works — it just brings nothing back.
The right question is not "which machine do I buy?" but "which service can I sell before I buy?". Someone with two signed customers before the purchase no longer has a risky investment, they have a machine with a schedule. Our conversation starts at that question, not at the catalogue.
- 1
What market you actually have within reach
We look at what industry exists within 50-100 km of you and who has the problem the technology solves. An area with food plants, one with metalworking and one living on tourism support completely different businesses. This is where the next five years are decided, not at the choice of machine.
- 2
Which business model fits
Cleaning as a service at the customer site, equipment rental, or a combination. Each needs different capital, has a different cash rhythm and a different kind of work. We will also tell you which of them does not work at the volume you have in mind.
- 3
Which technology and which configuration
Only now does the machine come up — because it follows from the first two answers. The same budget can mean one large unit for a few big jobs or two mobile units for many small ones. The wrong configuration is felt every single month.
- 4
The numbers, before the decision
Cost per operating hour, consumables, realistic times per square metre, the price you can charge in your area, and the payback period that follows. If the numbers do not work, we say so — that is cheaper for both of us than an unused machine.
- 5
Training the people
An untrained operator produces inconsistent results and wears the equipment out faster. Training is part of delivery, not a course sold separately.
If you already own the equipment (or are buying it now)
The invoice is not the end of the relationship, it is the start of it. A machine that runs for ten years means ten years of consumables, parts and jobs — our interest is that it runs, not merely that it was delivered.
Process optimisation
Same machine, different result: pressure, nozzle, distance, the order of operations and time per surface. Most "it does not clean properly" complaints are solved in the parameters, not in the equipment.
Recommendations for your industry
What works in a food hall does not work in a metal workshop. We tell you what others in the same situation did — including what did not work.
Operator training, after delivery too
People change and the knowledge leaves with them. Training can be repeated for new staff without repeating the purchase.
Maintenance and parts
What to check monthly, what wears out predictably and what is worth keeping on your own shelf. Wear parts leave our Miercurea Ciuc stock within 24-48 hours.
Expansion, when the moment comes
When volume grows, the question is whether to add a second unit or move to a different working principle. The answer depends on the jobs you are turning down today — which is why it deserves numbers rather than instinct.
Why it costs nothing
Because we do not live off selling a single machine. A machine that earns money gets used, and a machine that gets used consumes parts, comes back for service and brings referrals. A supplier who only sells you the iron earns once. We earn if the machine works for ten years.
That is why we also tell you when the technology is not right and when the numbers do not add up. A customer who buys the wrong thing does not come back — and tells people.
There is no deadline on this and we will not rush you. The only clock that matters is yours: every month the equipment stands idle is an instalment paid for nothing.
Equipment supplier or process partner
An equipment seller
- Recommends the machine that is in stock
- Answers the question you asked, not the one that matters
- Delivers, invoices and goes quiet
- Has no reason to tell you that you do not need it
Us, after 25 years
- We ask what you sell before we ask what you buy
- We carry six technologies, so we are not forced to sell you one particular thing
- We put the numbers on the table first, including when they do not work
- We have seen businesses that worked and businesses that failed — and we tell you in advance which is which
Frequently asked questions
Is the consultancy genuinely free, or is it added to the price of the machine?
It is free and it is not added anywhere. The reason is commercial, not charitable: we earn from consumables, parts and returning customers, so it suits us that the equipment works. An idle machine brings us nothing after the first invoice.
I want to start an industrial cleaning company. Where do I begin?
With the market, not the machine. Which industries are within your reach, what problem they have and what they are willing to pay to have it solved. Only then is the technology chosen, because it follows from that answer. Start with the equipment and you risk buying the solution to a problem nobody near you has.
How long does cleaning equipment take to pay for itself?
It depends on the technology and on how busy it is; realistic ranges run from 6 to 30 months. Ultrasonic tanks have a low entry price and pay back quickly; a laser costs several times more and is justified only by work no other technology can do. We do the actual calculation with your numbers, not with catalogue averages.
Do you train the operators, or only deliver the equipment?
Training is part of delivery and takes between one and three days depending on the technology. For an industrial laser it is not optional — class 4 requires a trained operator and protective equipment. Training can be repeated later for new staff.
What happens if you tell me the business will not work?
Then we have saved you an investment. It does happen: sometimes the local market will not support the necessary volume, sometimes the chosen business model needs more starting capital than is available. We would rather lose a sale than gain an unhappy customer who tells everyone about it.
Do you advise even if I do not buy from you?
The first conversation and the written recommendation commit you to nothing. Comparing other offers is normal — that is what we gave you the numbers for. If you choose another supplier because their equipment fits better, you made the right decision.
Tell us what you want to clean, or what you want to build
A conversation, with no obligation. If the situation is clear you get the recommendation in writing within 24 hours. If it is not, we bring the equipment to you and test it on the real soiling.
